Vietnam is ready to compete in the World robotic market

At the Vietnam Manufacturing Expo 2024, Phenikaa Group showcased its AMR Pallet Mover robot, a cutting-edge solution developed for Samsung’s factories to meet specific automation needs. The robot seamlessly integrates with warehouse management systems, performing tasks autonomously, including detecting pallet locations and retrieving goods, all without human intervention. Designed to handle loads up to 1,000kg, it complies with ISO 3691-4 safety standards and features advanced safety technologies like AI cameras, LiDAR sensors, and collision detection.

The AMR Pallet Mover exemplifies Phenikaa Group’s ability to deliver customized, high-tech solutions tailored to industries such as electronics, garments, and automotive manufacturing. Its PNKX MMG software optimizes workflows by coordinating human and robot operations, already in use at Samsung Electronics’ Thai Nguyen factory. The robot’s cost, ranging from $32,000 to $48,000, is competitive for enterprises with high integration needs.

With the global robotics market projected to grow to $79.87 billion by 2029, Vietnam’s industrial robotics sector is also set to expand, reaching $309.8 million by 2024, driven by the adoption of AI-powered automation. Phenikaa Group’s focus on customization, autonomy, and local support positions it as a strong player in this rapidly growing market.
