The prices of diesel and kerosene have been reduced by Tk 1 per litre, effective January 1, according to the Energy and Mineral Resources Division.
Under the new pricing, diesel and kerosene will cost Tk 104 per litre, down from Tk 105. However, the prices of octane and petrol remain unchanged at Tk 125 and Tk 121 per litre, respectively, as reported by UNB.
The Energy and Mineral Resources Division stated that the revised rates were determined using the automated pricing formula, reflecting adjustments to global market prices.
