Jeanologia at IGATEX Pakistan | Connecting digital design and denim production

Jeanologia presents at IGATEX Pakistan, taking place from October 15 to 18 in Lahore, a connected approach to denim product development and finishing, bringing together digital tools and production technologies in one workflow.

At its booth, visitors will be able to see the process live: from digital product development with eDesigner and Billy AI, through production preparation and direct connection with Compact Super laser, to the final finishing stages using G2 Ozone and its ATMOS process.

Rather than working with design and production as separate steps, Jeanologia connects them within the same ecosystem. The objective is to simplify the process from idea to finished garment, shorten development and production times, improve reproducibility and automate operations while reducing environmental impact.

This approach is particularly relevant for Pakistan, one of the world’s major textile and denim manufacturing hubs, where manufacturers are looking for greater speed, efficiency and consistency while meeting the requirements of international brands and markets.

From digital product development to production
The process starts with eDesigner, Jeanologia’s Digital Product Development platform, together with Billy, its AI developed for denim design. These tools help teams develop the product digitally and prepare designs for industrial production.

Billy can turn the image of a garment into a production-ready laser design in minutes, connecting creative inspiration directly with manufacturing. eDesigner and Billy therefore become the starting point of a workflow designed to reduce development time, physical samples and unnecessary iterations before production.

At IGATEX, Jeanologia demonstrates this connection with Compact Super, its compact laser system. Visitors will be able to see how a digitally prepared design moves into physical production, maintaining the quality and consistency required for industrial manufacturing.

Compact Super combines marking quality, speed and productivity, allowing manufacturers to reproduce designs consistently and reduce the need for manual operations and retouching.

G2 Ozone and ATMOS: the new stonewash
The workflow continues with G2 Ozone, Jeanologia’s technology that uses air to transform denim finishing.

G2 Ozone generates ozone from atmospheric oxygen, using it as a natural oxidizing agent to work on the indigo and naturally age the garment. Based on this technology, Jeanologia has developed ATMOS, its new stonewash process, which creates abrasion, marbling and different tone variations without using pumice stones.

ATMOS replaces traditional stonewashing with an air-based process, helping manufacturers achieve authentic and natural denim finishes while reducing water, chemicals and waste.

Combined with laser, G2 Ozone allows manufacturers to reproduce authentic and natural looks with greater control and consistency, while reducing manual operations and moving towards a more automated and sustainable finishing process.

Technology, methodology and local support
Jeanologia’s proposal goes beyond individual technologies. The company works with manufacturers to implement a methodology that connects product development and production, helping factories simplify processes, improve efficiency and achieve consistent results at industrial scale.

“Pakistan has a strong denim industry and enormous manufacturing capabilities. The next step is to make development and production faster, simpler and more connected. At IGATEX, we want manufacturers to see this workflow in action: from developing the product digitally to reproducing it in production with the same quality and consistency. Technology is important, but how we connect it and implement it in the factory is what really makes the difference,” says Umer Khan, Area Manager Pakistan at Jeanologia.

Jeanologia has been working in Pakistan for more than two decades and has a local team that works closely with customers, supporting them in the implementation and use of its technologies and helping them adapt the solutions to their production needs.

Through this combination of technology, methodology and local support, Jeanologia aims to help Pakistan’s textile industry increase productivity and competitiveness while moving towards a more automated, efficient and sustainable production model.
