Despite ongoing global challenges, the Karl Mayer Group, headquartered in Obertshausen, Germany, has continued to solidify its presence in the market. The company not only strengthened existing relationships but also secured a new customer in early 2025. Orders placed in January are scheduled for delivery in the second half of the year.

An Egyptian denim manufacturer has invested in the ProDye-S system, a slasher dyeing machine designed to enhance efficiency and sustainability. This fully integrated denim company aims to modernize and expand its production capabilities with Karl Mayer’s innovative solution.
The ProDye-S stands out for its exceptional dyeing performance and resource efficiency. Its specially designed dyeing vat allows for deeper indigo penetration with just eight dyeing boxes, reducing the total dye bath volume. Additionally, the system’s high-flow, low-speed indigo circulation and closed vat design lead to savings of up to 20% in water and caustic soda consumption. Precise yarn tension control throughout the process ensures optimal weaving efficiency, making it a game-changer for modern denim manufacturing.

Alongside the core dyeing technology, the Turkish manufacturer has also procured all necessary equipment for rope dyeing from Karl Mayer, ensuring a seamless and efficient setup.
