Textile Engineers Association (TEA) recently hosted a seminar, Navigating Career Growth in Spinning and Textile Printing, at Barishal Textile Engineering College. Fully funded by TEA, the event aimed to equip textile engineering students with industry knowledge, career guidance, and practical skills.
The seminar featured esteemed guests, including industry leaders M S Zaman and Abdul Hakim, along with expert trainers Md Tarikul Islam (spinning) and Md Shawkat Hossain Sohel (printing). Key topics covered included industry trends, job opportunities, skill development, and the role of technology in modern textile manufacturing.
Encouraged by positive feedback, TEA plans to continue supporting students through future seminars, workshops, internships, and training programs focused on digital textile innovation and smart textiles.
