Archroma, Lameirinho launch single-step dyeing for Home Textiles

Specialty chemicals supplier Archroma and Portuguese home-textile manufacturer Lameirinho have partnered to introduce InOneGO, a single-step continuous dyeing process, into commercial production. Lameirinho’s first InOneGO bedlinen collection is now available worldwide.
Developed for woven cellulosic textiles, InOneGO combines coloration, fixation and softening in a single pad-dry application step. The technology is designed to create a range of shades and washed-down effects while reducing processing requirements and resource consumption.
According to Archroma’s ONE WAY Impact Calculator assessments, using InOneGO with its DIRESUL RDT dyes can deliver up to 81% less process time, 97% less water consumption, 65% less energy use and 75% lower CO₂ emissions compared with the conventional benchmark tested.
The process is compatible with Archroma’s DIRESUL RDT pre-reduced low-sulfur liquid dyes, as well as its biomass-based EarthColors and FiberColors sulfur dyes. It can run on Stenter and Thermosol lines, with performance finishes applied in a subsequent step.
