Bangladesh University of Textiles announces ICTSE 2026

Bangladesh University of Textiles (BUTEX) has officially announced the 4th International Conference on Textile Science and Engineering (ICTSE 2026), scheduled to be held on 13 June 2026 at its Tejgaon campus in Dhaka.
Organized by the Faculty of Textile Management and Business Studies, the conference is set to bring together academicians, researchers, industry leaders, policymakers, and innovators from home and abroad to discuss emerging trends and technological advancements shaping the global textile sector.

ICTSE 2026 will focus on key industry transformations driven by Industry 5.0, IoT integration, smart textiles, and sustainability imperatives. The conference aims to promote knowledge sharing in textile engineering and management, encourage circular economy practices, enhance problem-solving capabilities, and strengthen academia–industry collaboration.
The scope of the conference includes Industry 5.0 applications, quality and reliability engineering, supply chain management, circular and green systems, textile manufacturing optimization, advanced fibers and polymers, sustainable dyeing and printing, waste management, entrepreneurship, fashion branding, smart textiles, economics, and business analytics.
According to the announcement, abstract submissions are open until 15 March 2026, with acceptance notifications on 25 March. Full papers must be submitted by 20 April, and final acceptance will be announced on 5 May. Early bird registration will close on 10 May, while the final registration deadline is 20 May 2026.
