The Bangladesh Garments Accessories and Packaging Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BGAPEA) is set to launch the 12th edition of Garment Accessories and Packaging Expo 2023 (GAPEXPO 2023), an international exhibition, at the International Convention City, Bashundhara (ICCB) in the city on January 11 (Wednesday).
The four-day expo will be organized in collaboration with ASK Trade and Exhibitions Prv. Ltd that will conclude on January 14 and the exhibition will remain open for visitors from 11 am to 7 pm while no entry fee will be required.
Concurrently to the GAPEXPO, the 20th edition of Garment Technology Show Bangladesh 2023 (GTB 2023), the maiden edition of India Textile Trade Fair Bangladesh 2023 (ITTF Bangladesh 2023) and International Yarn & Fabrics Expo, which will be also held at the same event jointly with BGAPMEA, ASK Trade, and South Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SGCCI).
Ministers, diplomats, officials of government and non-government organizations, garment accessories owners, service companies, foreign and local machinery companies, raw materials producers, owners of garments, textile and other export-oriented industries, suppliers, merchandisers, representatives from buying houses and business leaders will visit the show.
A good number of foreign companies including Germany, the United Kingdom, China, Taiwan, the Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore and India and local companies will participate in the exhibition.
The event would also open up ample opportunity for the exporters to show their best products under a single roof and may get an opportunity to contact potential buyers of RMG and other sectors.
The four-day event will showcase cutting-edge sewing, finishing, embroidery machinery, state-of-art technology, spares and allied products, man-made, synthetic, natural and blended fabrics, dress materials, trims and embellishments and other products.
