KBCCI signed agreement with KOPA and KOIMA
Korea-Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce & Industry (KBCCI) recently signed agreements with the Korea Packaging Association (KOPA) and the Korea Importers Association (KOIMA) in Seoul. A delegation led by Park Young-sik, Korea’s ambassador to Bangladesh, visited South Korea from September 9-13, alongside KBCCI President Shahab Uddin Khan and other officials.
The MoUs aim to foster collaboration in the packaging industry with KOPA and enhance foreign trade between the two countries with KOIMA. Key areas of focus include knowledge exchange, technological transfer, joint ventures, and direct investment.
Additionally, the KBCCI delegation held meetings with the Federation of Korean Industries (FKI) and the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA). These agreements and meetings are expected to pave the way for mutual growth, innovation, and new opportunities between Korea and Bangladesh in various sectors.
