Trützschler to showcase smart fibre processing technologies at ITMA Asia 2026

Trützschler Group will showcase its latest spinning preparation, card clothing and nonwoven technologies at ITMA Asia 2026, scheduled for November 20–24 in Shanghai, China. Visitors can meet the company’s experts at Hall 5.1, Booth D20.
Key highlights include the T-CAN automated sliver can transport system, the next-generation TC 30 card, STEELTOP and SUPERFLOW card clothing, and the new ATB Oven for hygiene, medical and filtration materials.
T-CAN automates sliver transport between cards and drawing passages, helping reduce labour requirements and downtime. The TC 30 delivers up to 40% higher productivity in man-made fibre applications, while its waste management system enables more than 50% of card waste to be recovered for high-quality reuse.
In card clothing, STEELTOP offers more than twice the lifetime of conventional solutions while maintaining sliver and yarn quality. SUPERFLOW helps reduce fibre buildup and supports stable, high-productivity nonwoven production.
Trützschler Nonwovens will also present its ATB Oven, designed for uniform heat distribution and efficient production of hygiene, medical and filtration materials. Additional technologies for pulp-based nonwovens, wipes and hygiene products will demonstrate flexible manufacturing options for different market requirements.
The company’s showcase will focus on improving productivity, raw material utilisation and operational efficiency across fibre processing and nonwoven manufacturing.
