According to the governmental circular, the following industrial zone will be closed on Friday.
On Friday, the industrial areas under BPDB like Sholoshohor, Kalurghat, Nasirabad, Hathajari, Muradpur of Chattogram, Chikongul and Khadimnagar of Sylhet will be closed.
Under BREB, industrial areas of Mouchak, Vannara, Shafipur, Fulbaria of Savar, Dhulivita, Acme, Radio of Dhamrai, Joydebpur, Salna, Kapasia, Amraid, and Tok of Gazipur, Kalatia of Keraniganj, Nayadingi of Manikganj, Tarabo, Bhulta-Gausia I/A of Narayanganj, Palash, Ghorashal, Bagdi, Chowali I/A, Shalidha of Narsingdi, Cumilla EPZ, Voberchar of Cumilla, Karnaphuli and Pirerchar BEZA of Chattogram will enjoy the weekly holiday on Friday.
Moreover, industrial areas of Narayanganj East and West DPDC, Tongi BSCIC Industrial Estate under DESCO will also be closed on Friday.
Under WZPDC, BSCIC Industrial Estate of Faridpur will be shut on Friday.
Earlier, the government on August 11 fixed different weekly holidays in industrial zones across the country to ensure an uninterrupted power supply.
