New transaction hour in banking after Eid holiday

After Eid, banks in Bangladesh will have new operating hours from 10am to 6pm, with transaction hours ending at 4 pm, effective June 19, as announced by Bangladesh Bank. Currently, banks are open from 10 am to 5 pm, with transactions closing at 3:30pm. The original schedule of 10 am to 6 pm was adjusted in 2022 to save power and energy.
