Hanna Andersson, US children’s brand appointed Aimée Lapic as their new CEO who succeeds Sally Pofcher and came from GoPro, where she served as Chief Digital and Marketing officer. Aimée also comes with rich experience of having worked in leadership roles at Gap Inc. and Banana-Republic in her earlier career. Meanwhile, Sally will be the non-executive chair of Hanna Anderson’s board.
During her tenure at GoPro, Aimée helped the DTC business generate revenue of US $ 392 million last year – 34 per cent of brand’s overall revenue. Importantly, Aimée also contributed to increasing GoPro’s subscriber base by more than five folds to over 1.7 million as of March 2022. Founded in 1983, Hanna Anderson specializes in children’s apparel and operates online and mail-order in the US. It ships to almost 200 countries across the world.
