Dilo Group has secured a major order to supply a complete nonwoven needling production line for manufacturing hygiene materials in the United States, reinforcing its strong presence in the North American hygiene sector amid growing demand for advanced nonwoven production technologies.
The turnkey production line will cover the entire manufacturing process, beginning with fibre opening. It will feature the latest TEMAFA fibre-opening and filtration system, designed to ensure stable operation, precise fibre preparation, and efficient dust and particle management throughout production.
The line will also incorporate Dilo Spinnbau’s advanced card feeding and carding systems, together with Dilo Machines’ crosslapper and high-performance needle looms supported by the CV1 control system. This integrated configuration is engineered to deliver controlled fibre processing, uniform web formation, high production efficiency, and consistent product quality—key requirements for hygiene-grade nonwoven materials.
According to Dilo Group, the new installation will provide the customer with a modern, high-capacity manufacturing facility tailored to the evolving needs of the U.S. hygiene market.
