US upland cotton sales up over 76%, PIMA dropped 12%

U.S. Upland Cotton (2024–25 season):

  • Net sales rose 76% from the previous week to 202,000 bales, driven by demand from Vietnam, India, and Turkiye.
  • Export shipments declined 13% to 328,200 bales, with Vietnam, Pakistan, and Turkiye as top destinations.

U.S. Upland Cotton (2025–26 season):

  • Net sales reached 65,900 bales, mainly to Pakistan, Vietnam, Guatemala, Honduras, and Mexico.

Pima Cotton (2024–25 season):

  • Net sales fell 12% to 2,400 bales, with Pakistan and Vietnam among key buyers.
  • Export shipments dropped 17% to 6,700 bales, mainly going to India, Vietnam, and Peru.
