BAYLA announces future summit 2026 to shape the next chapter of Bangladesh’s textile and apparel industry

As Bangladesh’s textile and apparel industry enters a new era of transformation, the Bangladesh Apparel Youth Leaders Alliance (BAYLA) has officially announced the BAYLA Future Summit 2026, a flagship leadership conference designed to bring together the country’s most influential business leaders, innovators, policymakers, and emerging professionals to help shape the industry’s future.
The announcement was made during a press conference held in Dhaka. The two-day summit will take place on 20–21 July 2026 at the Radisson Blu Water Garden Hotel, Dhaka.
The summit is being organized under the theme “Think Beyond,” aiming to inspire future-ready leadership, meaningful collaboration, innovation, and strategic thinking for Bangladesh’s textile and apparel sector.

BAYLA future leaders 2026 national case competition
One of the summit’s major highlights is the BAYLA Future Leaders 2026 National Case Competition, designed for university students across Bangladesh.
Students must submit their case presentations by 12 July, with shortlisted teams to be announced on 14 July. Campus presentation rounds will be held on 16 and 18 July, followed by the Grand Finale during the summit, where finalists will present their solutions before an esteemed panel of industry leaders.
The competition aims to connect Bangladesh’s brightest young talents with top decision-makers while encouraging innovative thinking to address real-world business challenges.
