Lenzing launches “Lenzing Pro” digital hub to accelerate sustainable textile innovation

Global fiber producer Lenzing Group has unveiled Lenzing Pro, a new digital platform designed to serve as a centralized hub for the textile and nonwovens supply chain.

The platform, launched on September 1, aims to streamline fiber certification, branding processes, and technical knowledge-sharing for spinners, fabric mills, brands, and retailers worldwide. By consolidating tools under one system, Lenzing Pro represents a major step in scaling up the use of sustainable fibers in global fashion and apparel.

One-stop solution for the industry
Positioned as an evolution of Lenzing’s E-Branding Service, the platform offers 24/7 multilingual access, enabling faster decision-making across the value chain. Features include:

  • Fiber Catalog with detailed specifications of TENCEL™ Lyocell, TENCEL™ Modal, and LENZING™ ECOVERO™ fibers.
  • Fabric Certification and sub-certification services to strengthen trust between suppliers and buyers.
  • Brand Licensing tools for co-branding, marketing assets, and claims support.
  • Marketing Toolkits to help brands communicate sustainability credentials effectively.

“The textile industry needs fast, reliable access to technical expertise and certification to innovate in today’s sustainability-driven market,” said Florian Heubrandner, VP, Global Business Management Textiles at Lenzing. “Lenzing Pro addresses those needs directly, combining expertise with intuitive tools.”

Supporting Bangladesh’s textile ecosystem
For Bangladesh, the world’s second-largest apparel exporter, Lenzing Pro offers a critical opportunity to strengthen competitiveness. Local mills and exporters face increasing pressure from buyers for traceability, eco-certification, and compliance. The platform could help Bangladeshi spinners and fabric mills integrate sustainable fibers more seamlessly while reducing costs and lead times associated with manual certifications.

Industry analysts note that as Bangladesh prepares for LDC graduation in 2026, such digital platforms will be vital to meeting stricter compliance demands in the EU and US markets.

Innovation meets sustainability
According to Eva McGeorge, Senior Global Director of Marketing & Branding at Lenzing, the platform “transforms complex tasks into an intuitive experience — from certification to campaign support — helping partners unlock innovation at scale.”

The system also aligns with Lenzing’s “Naturally Positive” sustainability strategy, which emphasizes greening the value chain, driving systemic change, and advancing the circular economy in partnership with organizations like Textile Exchange, UN Global Compact, and Canopy.

Rollout and engagement
Lenzing Pro is already live at lenzingpro.com, with public content available and full access upon registration. The company showcased at the platform at Intertextile Shanghai Apparel Fabrics (Sept 2–4, 2025) and host a masterclass webinar on September 11 to demonstrate features and best practices.
