ITM 2026 to spotlight green and digital transformation in textile machinery

ITM 2026 International Textile Machinery Exhibition is set to position itself as a key platform for the textile industry’s transition toward sustainable production and digital manufacturing, highlighting the convergence of green technologies and advanced digital solutions.
Scheduled to take place June 9–13, 2026 at the Tüyap Fair and Congress Center in Istanbul, ITM 2026 will be organized by Tüyap Tüm Fuarcılık Yapım A.Ş. and Teknik Fuarcılık A.Ş., in partnership with the Textile Machinery and Accessories Industrialists Association (TEMSAD). The exhibition will bring together leading global manufacturers of textile machinery and technologies.
This edition will focus on two core industry priorities: environmentally responsible production and digital integration. Exhibits will include energy-efficient weaving and spinning machines, low-water and low-chemical dyeing technologies, and machinery designed to process recycled materials, supporting circular economy goals and carbon footprint reduction.
Sustainability will remain central, with solutions such as closed-loop water systems, energy-saving equipment and eco-friendly chemical applications demonstrating how manufacturers can achieve both environmental and economic gains.
Digitalization will also take center stage, with AI-driven machinery, automation, data analytics and digital twin technologies showcasing how smart manufacturing can improve efficiency, quality and flexibility. Real-time monitoring and error reduction solutions are expected to attract strong interest from mills seeking to transition toward smart factory models.
Overall, ITM 2026 aims to provide a comprehensive roadmap for the future of textile technologies, serving as both a technology showcase and a knowledge-sharing hub for the global textile industry.
