Levi made lawsuit against Japanese brand ‘FullCount’
BTJ News Desk
Levi’s has filed a third lawsuit against Japanese denim brand FullCount and U.S. retailers Franklin & Poe and Standard & Strange, accusing them of counterfeiting and trademark infringement.
Despite two prior permanent injunctions issued in 2009 and 2018 prohibiting FullCount from using Levi’s trademarks, including the Red Tab and Arcuate designs, Levi’s alleges that FullCount has continued to sell infringing products.
The San Francisco-based company argues that FullCount is violating the court orders established through earlier legal actions.
