Brückner showcases energy-efficient textile finishing solutions at ITMA ASIA 2025

Brückner Textile Technologies is demonstrating its latest innovations in textile finishing at ITMA ASIA 2025, highlighting energy efficiency, automation, and high productivity. The German family-run company, with over 75 years of experience, is presenting solutions for both cotton-heavy fabrics and technical textiles.
The POWER-FRAME SFP-2 stenter is designed for high-cotton fabrics, offering easy cleaning, energy-efficient motors, gas burners, intelligent split-flow air circulation, and a vertical circulating transport chain. It provides a cost-effective alternative to the high-tech POWER-FRAME SFP-4, which features electricity- and hydrogen-powered heating systems and advanced software for optimizing finishing processes. Both stenters include heat-recovery and exhaust air purification systems, as well as fully automatic cleaning to reduce maintenance costs.
Brückner also introduces the ExperTex simulation tool, using AI to simulate drying and heat-setting processes. It enables precise pre-calculation of orders, energy optimization, and “right-first-time” production. Customers can access these digital services through the new myBrückner portal.
For knitted fabrics, the POWER-DRY PD-1 dryer offers high evaporation capacity, optimum shrinkage, and energy-saving hybrid or CO₂-free heating options. Additionally, the OPTI-COAT 2in1 coating unit ensures flexible, high-precision coating with easy maintenance access, supporting paste and foam applications.
Through these innovations, Brückner aims to set new standards in sustainable, energy-efficient, and high-quality textile finishing, reinforcing its position as a global leader in customized textile technologies.
