BGBA signs strategic MoU with Air8 to strengthen export financing for members

In a major move to boost export financing opportunities for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Bangladesh’s textile and RMG sector, the Bangladesh Garment Buying House Association (BGBA) has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding with global supply chain finance platform Air8.
The MoU was officially signed on 26th May at the BGBA office in Dhaka, marking a significant milestone in BGBA’s ongoing efforts to enhance financial inclusion, sustainability, and growth among its member companies.
Under this partnership, BGBA members will gain access to Air8’s innovative, tech-driven financing solutions specifically designed to support cross-border trade and working capital needs. The collaboration aims to alleviate financial bottlenecks often faced by SMEs in the sector, enabling them to better manage operations and scale effectively in competitive global markets.
