Epyllion Group, a leading name in Bangladesh’s apparel industry, has earned the prestigious Global Security Verification (GSV) Certification from Intertek. This significant recognition was awarded to two of its major facilities — Epyllion Knitwears Ltd. and Epyllion Style Ltd.
The GSV Certification program, developed by Intertek, is designed to help companies assess and enhance their security measures across the supply chain. It harmonizes global security standards, including AEO, PIP, and C-TPAT, aiming to improve compliance, reduce risks, and bolster international supply chain security.
GSV audits cover various areas such as documentation, physical and personnel security, shipment data management, and access controls. The program simplifies audit processes, minimizes redundancy, and ensures consistent data and scoring systems through a centralized platform.
Securing this certification reinforces Epyllion’s commitment to global security standards and responsible business practices. It also reflects the company’s dedication to sustainability, compliance, and operational excellence in line with the expectations of international buyers.
The certification was officially handed over at a ceremony at Intertek’s Dhaka office. Neyamul Hasan, Country Managing Director of Intertek Bangladesh, presented the certificates to Mohammad Shah Alam, Deputy General Manager (Compliance & Sustainability) of Epyllion Group. Senior representatives from both organizations attended the event to mark the occasion.
This milestone strengthens Epyllion Group’s reputation as a secure and globally trusted apparel manufacturer, committed to building a resilient and compliant supply chain.
