Discover the Future of Fiber Processing with Trützschler at ITMA Asia Singapore 2025

Trützschler Group will present its newest fiber processing, automation, and sustainability-driven innovations at ITMA Asia + CITME in Singapore. At Booth D302, Hall 4, visitors can explore how Trützschler is addressing the industry’s most pressing challenges—rising labor costs, skills shortages, and the demand for sustainable production—with intelligent machinery and resource-efficient solutions.

A major highlight will be the unveiling of T-CAN, Trützschler’s latest smart automation system for sliver transport in spinning preparation. Developed to simplify operations and reduce manual handling, T-CAN represents a leap forward in the company’s vision of fully automated, interconnected spinning mills.

Trützschler Spinning – smarter preparation for better yarn
At the core of Trützschler’s booth is the new T-CAN automation solution, a system designed to revolutionize sliver transport through predictive, intelligent logistics. While full specifications will be revealed during the exhibition, the innovation reflects Trützschler’s long-standing strategy of merging automation with user-friendly operation to optimize both productivity and cost savings.

Trützschler Spinning – smarter preparation for better yarn

Alongside T-CAN, Trützschler will present its proven next-generation card TC 30i. Especially effective in processing man-made fibers, the TC 30i delivers up to 40% higher productivity compared to the current benchmark—all while maintaining or improving yarn quality. A sophisticated waste suction system separates different waste types, enabling mills to reuse over 50% of card waste without compromising quality. The machine also integrates WASTECONTROL, an assurance system that prevents unnecessary fiber loss.

The IDF 3 integrated draw frame, shown in combination with the TC 30i, shortens the spinning preparation process for rotor and airjet spinning applications. It is particularly valuable when handling raw materials with a high proportion of short fibers, as it helps enhance yarn quality. The IDF 3 also supports high-speed spinning, improves homogeneity, and reduces energy and space requirements—delivering both compact setups and resource efficiency.

Trützschler Card Clothing – precision for every application

Trützschler Card Clothing – precision for every application

Trützschler Card Clothing (TCC) will present its complete product portfolio in Singapore, offering solutions from high-precision standard components to custom-engineered innovations. All card clothing are designed to align seamlessly with Trützschler machines and processes, ensuring consistent carding performance, long service life, and optimal fiber handling. TCC demonstrates how carefully matched clothing technology can make a measurable difference in yarn quality and production stability.

Trützschler Nonwovens – sustainable and high-performance solutions
In the Nonwovens sector, Trützschler will highlight technologies across hydroentanglement, needle-punching, and Air-Through Bonding (ATB).

In hydroentanglement, the company’s Carded Pulp (CP) nonwovens line combines pulp with viscose to create 100% biodegradable wipes—an eco-friendly solution for the booming hygiene market. In needle-punching, the T-SUPREMA line offers unrivalled flexibility and stability for applications including automotive interiors, filtration, geotextiles, and acoustics.

Trützschler Nonwovens – sustainable and high-performance solutions

In ATB technology, Trützschler will showcase the world’s only industrial-scale system capable of processing 0.6 denier ultra-fine bicomponent fibers, enabling the production of exceptionally soft, high-performance nonwovens for premium baby diapers. These materials ensure the highest standards of comfort, fluid management, and skin-friendliness.

Supporting all these processes, the X-Series carding systems (NCT-X, NC-X, and NC-Xe) deliver robust performance, high output, and scalable solutions. While the NC-X and NCT-X target high-volume stability, the NC-Xe provides an entry-level yet upgradeable option for manufacturers entering or expanding their nonwovens capabilities.
