German textile machinery manufacturer Trützschler introduced its latest card clothing, automation and spinning technologies to around 500 spinning industry professionals at its customer event, “Together for Better Performance – Advancing 2026,” held at the Dhaka Boat Club recently.

Jointly organised by Trützschler Card Clothing, Trützschler Group SE and Euro Group, the event brought together mill owners, technical managers and spinning specialists to explore solutions for improving productivity, reducing energy consumption and enhancing competitiveness amid rising production costs.

Technical experts from Trützschler presented the company’s latest innovations, including advanced card clothing, T-CAN Automated Can Transport and T-TUNING technologies, designed to boost operational efficiency, reduce waste and lower manufacturing costs.

Speaking at the event, A.S.M. Haider, Chairman of Euro Group and Trützschler’s exclusive representative in Bangladesh, said the programme aimed to help spinning mills address increasing energy, logistics and operational expenses through advanced technologies that improve output while reducing electricity consumption and fibre waste.

During his presentation, Eugen Koch, Director of Sales & Marketing at Trützschler, highlighted the company’s latest card clothing developments, noting that precision-engineered steel flat tops and optimized carding systems enhance fibre quality, improve machine performance and reduce operating costs. He added that maintaining precise carding settings can lower production costs by more than 30% while delivering higher-quality yarn.

The event also provided a platform for industry participants to share operational challenges and technical feedback, reinforcing Trützschler’s customer-focused approach to product development and innovation in the spinning sector.
