Bangladesh Investment Development Authority- BIDA has recently upgraded its One-Stop Service (OSS) portal to enhance convenience for domestic and foreign investors. Accessible at www.bidaquickserv.org, the revamped portal provides 134 services from 44 organizations, aimed at reducing time and costs for users.
The new version incorporates advanced features designed to improve transparency and service efficiency. A public service performance dashboard now displays detailed metrics on application processing and resolution times, promoting greater accountability. Additionally, an online monitoring and tracking system enables investors to view real-time updates on their applications.
As per the BIDA One-Stop Service Rules 2020, all applications submitted through the OSS portal must be processed within specified time frames, ensuring timely service delivery.
