Mohd. Khorshed Alam, managing director of Intimate International Limited (Little Group), has been elected president of the Bangladesh China Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCCI) for the 2025–2027 term.
The chamber’s new senior vice-presidents include Han Jingchao (Goldview Resource Co Ltd), AZM Azizur Rahman (Investors Services Co Ltd), and Brig Gen (retd.) GM Quamrul Islam (Shield Pro Integrated Security). Other vice-presidents are Mohd Hafizur Rahman Khan, Chao Chongchong, Khandaker Atiqur Rahman, and Masud Ali Khan.
Jamilur Rahman (Extol Bangladesh Ltd) has been elected secretary general, and Nasima Jahan Bijly (Binty) (NAZABI Business Solutions) serves as joint secretary general.
The new executive committee includes prominent business leaders such as Farhan Ahmed Khan, Talukder Md Zakaria Hossain, Md Zinnatul Islam, Md Rakibul Hoque, Mohammed Alauddin Al Azad, and several others representing diverse industries.
The responsibilities were officially handed over by Nargis Murshida, administrator of BCCCI and joint secretary of the Ministry of Commerce, at a ceremony in Dhaka. Md Sayed Ali, chairman of the BCCCI election board and deputy secretary of the Ministry of Commerce, was also present.
