Trends redefining modern living at next week’s Intertextile Shanghai Home Textiles – Autumn Edition
Shanghai, 10 August 2026. Asia’s leading home textiles trade fair, Intertextile Shanghai Home Textiles – Autumn Edition will return from 18 – 20 August 2026 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai), spanning over 100,000 sqm and welcoming exhibitors from 19 countries and regions. As sustainability imperatives and evolving lifestyles continue to reshape interiors, the fair will present a curated showcase of forward-looking design solutions that fuse aesthetics, performance, and responsible innovation. Complemented by an inspirational fringe programme, the fair will offer a strategic lens on emerging consumer preferences and market directions, guided by leading suppliers, designers, trend forecasters, and industry voices.

Strong international engagement continues to define the fair, with buyers from 72 countries and regions already pre-registered, spanning retail, e-commerce, home furnishing, and global sourcing. At InterDesign (5.1H G88), she will also host a seminar ‘Shape the Future of Living – Shape up!’ to decode the latest trends across three concepts – RE-DECORATE, RE-CONNECT, and RE-USE.
· Urban Renewal and Regeneration (5.1H G88) – framed within ‘Breathe Up!’ and curated by trend committee member Mr Shen Lei, Founder and Design Director of Interior Architects, the special panel discussion explores how urban transformation shapes design thinking and human interaction. Led by Mr Lyu Min, featuring Mr Byron Lee, Ms Nicole Li, and Mr Tim Zhang, the session is followed by a guided tour where Founder of Order Studio Mr Byron Lee will guide participants in discovering products with real-life applications.
