The company, headquartered in Mönchengladbach, said the new platform features interactive 3D virtual tours that allow visitors to explore its key machinery lines. Users can navigate through installations such as the Montex Stenter, Monfortex Sanforising System, and Thermex Continuous Dyeing Range, examining machine configurations, components and optional features designed to enhance productivity and efficiency.
The platform also enables customers to explore coating technologies and exhaust air cleaning modules while gaining insights into system layouts and operational benefits.
According to Monforts, the website has been designed to simplify everyday communication with customers. Textile manufacturers can now request spare parts, arrange service support and contact specialists directly through a streamlined digital tool that ensures faster responses and technical assistance.
In addition to showcasing new machinery, the platform provides information on modernizing existing Monforts equipment, including upgrades to advanced drive systems, software improvements and energy-efficient solutions that help extend machine life and reduce resource consumption.
